The location was excellent, but there were many other options in the same area.
Some of the staff were rude, the room service isn’t very good and after 12 AM it’s nonexistent. Not what you’d expect from a five star hotel

Location and the overall design and feel of the hotel. The check in staff were helpful.
Room service food was below expectation. Not enough parking area outside of the hotel to get our luggage

the location
1. concierge i did not like especially “Alex” he is rude; however, Enrique was much helpful and polite and respectful 2. House keeping needs to be improved 3. reception sometimes do not answer quickly 4. the hotel do not have a direct line for house keeping 5. one night i went down to the reception to ask for the complementary water .. this is a five stars hotel
